Skills Survey  -   The brief WIB survey (only 5 questions) is designed to begin the process of defining skills training needs in the Northeast Kingdom. Although the focus is on computer-related skills, it also allows you to specify other skill needs. This is not the end of the process – we need you to stay involved to help us refine these requirements. Please provide your contact information at the end of the survey, so we can let you know the results of the survey and get more specific information from you, if needed. We will not publish your personal information or your specific responses.

It is important that we gather training needs from many perspectives and many sources. For example, the skills which a manager needs in his or her employee may be different from the skills that an employee needs to further their career. We would like to capture both.

Managers/Business Owners  -  If you supervise other workers, we ask you to:

1. Take the Employer Survey to describe training needs of the people who work for you.
2. Take the Employee Survey to describe your own training needs.
3. Ask your employees to take the Employee Survey to capture any additional training needs from their perspective.
